Education Minister receives mental math prodigy Manar Benmastoura after Russia triumph

ALGIERS  - Minister of National Education Mohamed Seghir Saadaoui received Manar Ben Mastoura, a second-year mathematics student at Mohamed Boudiaf High School in Tiaret, following her recent standout performance in an international mental arithmetic programme held in Russia, the ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
