ALGIERS - The Faculty of Information and Communication Sciences at the University of Algiers 3 "Ibrahim Sultan Cheibout" marked on Thursday the International English Language Day, observed annually on April 23, as part of its efforts to strengthen English-language academic training at the faculty.
