Algerian, Italian universities sign twinning agreements

ALGIERS - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Kamel Baddari oversaw, on Thursday in Algiers, the signing of twinning and partnership agreements between several Algerian universities, the University of Genoa, and the Economic and Financial Development Agency of the Liguria Region in Italy.
