ALGIERS - The Minister of Vocational Training and Education, Nacima Arhab, affirmed, Saturday in Algiers, that the 2025 WorldSkills Competition, starting Monday in Oran, represents an opportunity to build skills, support youth and enhance technical and artisanal professions.
