23 innovative project labels awarded to students this week

ALGIERS - Twenty-three innovative project labels were awarded this week to students from universities nationwide, as part of an initiative to create 20,000 startups and micro-enterprises, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced in a statement released Friday.
