Two sections to be funded by State Budget, African and Asian banks

ALGIERS- The funding for Laghouat-Ghardaïa-El Meniaa-In Salah-Tamanrasset railway project is split across two sections, with El Meniaa-In Salah-Tamanrasset section funded entirely from the state budget, the Ministry of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure said Thursday in a statement.
