Djellaoui enquires about progress of Annaba phosphate port expansion

ANNABA - The Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Abdelkader Djellaoui, inspected Wednesday evening the construction sites for the expansion of Annaba phosphate port to assess the progress of the mineral quay, part of the integrated phosphate project.
