Sayoud in Ouargla to inaugurate regional document authentication office for overseas use

OUARGLA, 18 February 2026 (APS) - Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and Transport, Saïd Sayoud, arrived in Ouargla province on Wednesday, accompanied by the Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of the National Community Abroad, Sofiane Chaib, to officially inaugurate the regional office dedicated to authenticating documents for use abroad.
