Annaba phosphate port expansion, Eastern Mining Line modernization, top national priority

ANNABA  - The Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Abdelkader Djellaoui, emphasized Saturday in Annaba that the expansion of the province's phosphate port and the modernization of the Eastern Mining Line represent "a top priority and a national challenge."
