President Tebboune’s directives reflect clear will to consolidate developmental balance

ALGIERS - Economic experts hailed the instructions given by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in support of the new provinces with complementary development programs and building water desalination plants in both Tamanrasset and Tindouf starting from next March, highlighting that these directives reflect a clear political will to transform administrative division into an actual development lever and consolidate developmental balance.
