Arab League condemns occupation’s approval of new West Bank settlements

CAIRO - The Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul-Gheit, condemned the Zionist occupation’s approval of establishing 19 new settlements in the West Bank, which mirrors a flagrant defiance of international opposition to settlement construction and a violation of international law that affirms the illegality of settlements.
