Oran Process: Ethiopia hails seminar’s contribution to Africa’s peace, security agenda

ALGIERS – Ethiopia’s Permanent Representative to the African Union and the Economic Commission for Africa, Hirut Zemene Kassa, said Tuesday in Algiers that the Oran Process has emerged as a key mechanism making significant contributions to advancing peace and security in Africa by bridging operational practices with analytical insights while addressing the continent’s needs.
