During his periodic media interview broadcast Saturday evening, President Tebboune explained that digitalization "will facilitate the implementation of a new social support policy by the end of this year or the beginning of 2027."

This transition is set to be overseen by a "national committee comprising active political parties and trade unions."

The President Tebboune emphasized the government's commitment to achieving "real social justice," noting that current conditions have not yet allowed for a perfect balance.

He addressed the "disparities observed among different segments of society," remarking that "in principle, it remains unacceptable for support to be distributed equally to everyone regardless of need."

He explained that a digitalized system will enable the State to "direct support toward those who truly deserve it."

In this regard, President Tebboune stressed the importance of preserving national achievements, reaffirming that the current approach "entails no imposition of restrictions on citizens."

He also highlighted the need for public awareness regarding the preservation of national resources by combating all forms of waste, which he warned "could cause imbalances in the State budget."

Specifically, the President of the Republic pointed to the issue of bread wastage, particularly as the holy month of Ramadan approaches, noting that it results in the loss of "significant sums of money."

He urged citizens to demonstrate responsibility to avoid behaviors that negatively impact the national economy.

Finally, the President of the Republic reaffirmed the country's unwavering commitment to free education and healthcare, stating there will be "no backtracking" on these social pillars.

He concluded that the primary challenges facing Algeria today are rooted in education and "empowering Algerians with scientific knowledge."
