ALGIERS - The 13th session of the Algeria-Vietnam Joint Commission for Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, kicked off, Sunday in Algiers, under the co-chairmanship of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry, Khireddine Benaissa, and Vietnam's Deputy Construction Minister, Nguyen Tuong Van.
