Representing President Tebboune, Arkab to participate in "SEMICA Chad 2026"

ALGIERS - Representing the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of State, Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, will participate on Wednesday in N’Djamena, in the opening of the International Mining, Quarries and Hydrocarbons Conference and Exhibition "SEMICA Chad 2026," the ministry said Tuesday in a press release.
