1st International Short Film Festival opens in Timimoun

TIMIMOUN - Minister of Culture and Arts, Malika Bendouda, chaired on Thursday evening the opening ceremony of the 1st Timimoun International Short Film Festival, with the participation of 62 films representing 31 countries, including 23 from Africa.
