Hamlaoui supervises lunch of breast cancer awareness campaign

ORAN — The Chairperson of the National Civil Society Observatory (ONSC), Ibtissam Hamlaoui, supervised the launch, on Friday in Oran, of a national breast cancer awareness and prevention campaign organized by the Algerian Red Crescent (CRA) in partnership with the Public Television Company (EPTV), under the "Pink October" initiative.
