ALGIERS - The speaker of the People's National Assembly (lower house of Parliament), Brahim Boughali, said that the commemoration of the 64th anniversary of Victory Day (19 March 1962) serves as a tribute to the sacrifices of the martyrs and reflects the Algerian people's steadfast commitment to their national values.
