Tacherift: Reggane bears witness to Algeria's costly struggle for independence

ADRAR - The Minister of Mujahideen and Rights Holders, Abdelmalek Tacherift, said Thursday in Reggane (southern Adrar) that the region, the site of French nuclear explosions on 13 February 1960, stands as "a living witness to the immense cost, in blood and devastation, that Algerian people bore to recover their dignity, sovereignty and independence."
