ALGIERS – The Speaker of the Council of the Nation (the Upper House of Parliament), Azouz Nasri, chaired on Tuesday the opening ceremony of a parliamentary day themed "the Transplantation of Human Organs: Religious, Legal, and Medical Dimensions."
