NEW YORK (United Nations) - Algeria has been elected by acclamation as Vice-Chair of the Preparatory Committee (PrepCom) for the United Nations Conference of Plenipotentiaries on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes Against Humanity, representing the African Group.
