Attaf chairs closing of consular heads conference

ALGIERS - The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, chaired the closing session of the Conference of Heads of Consular Posts on Wednesday afternoon in Algiers.
