Upper House establishes friendship groups with several African parliaments

ALGIERS -The Speaker of the Council of the Nation (Upper House of Parliament), Azouz Nasri, chaired, Tuesday at the Council’s headquarters, in Algiers, a ceremony to establish parliamentary friendship groups between the council and its counterparts from several African countries' parliaments.
