Consular heads conference, major milestone in modernization of diaspora services

ALGIERS - The Conference of Heads of Consular Posts of Algeria kicked off on Tuesday at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with an official ceremony chaired by Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb, in the presence of several members of the Government.
