Attaf receives Portuguese counterpart

ALGIERS - The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received on Tuesday, in Algiers, the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs of the Portuguese Republic, Paulo Rangel, the ministry said in a press release.
