Upper House hails Gara Djebilet mining railway as historic achievement

ALGIERS - The Bureau of the Council of the Nation (Upper House of Parliament) commended in a statement on Monday the official commissioning of the Gara Djebilet-Tindouf-Bechar western mining railway line. Inaugurated by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on Sunday in Bechar, the Council described the event as a historic achievement and a pivotal milestone in the history of "victorious Algeria."
