Amendments to Constitution, electoral law: Bolstering State institutions’ credibility

ALGIERS - Constitutional law experts highlighted Sunday the importance of proposals from the national conference on technical amendments to the Constitution and the organic law on the electoral system, stressing that these reforms aim to "address certain shortcomings that emerged during practical constitutional implementation."
