ALGIERS – The Minister of Justice, Lotfi Boudjemaa, participates in the first edition of the Doha Legal Forum in Qatar on January 26 and 27, organized under the theme "Emerging Trends and Future Outlooks," according to a ministry statement issued on Sunday.
