ALGIERS - The National Defence Committee of the Council of the Nation (Parliament’s Upper House) received a briefing on Thursday from the Minister of Mujahideen and Rights Holders, Abdelmalek Tacherift, regarding the draft law criminalizing French colonialism in Algeria.
