New Traffic Code reflects clear political vision based on prevention, says Sayoud

ALGIERS - The Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and Transport, Said Sayoud, said Tuesday that the new Traffic Code expresses a "clear political vision" based on prevention and assignment of responsibility to all parties causing traffic accidents.
