Lower House opens plenary session to adopt five legal texts

ALGIERS - The People's National Assembly (Lower House of Parliament) opened on Wednesday the proceedings of a plenary session chaired by the Assembly Speaker, Brahim Boughali, dedicated to the adoption of legal texts.
