Attaf holds discussions with Russian counterpart

ALGIERS - The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held on Saturday bilateral talks with the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, on the sidelines of his participation in the 2nd African-Russian Partnership Forum at the ministerial level, the ministry said in a press release.
