Assigned by President Tebboune, Attaf participates in 2nd Ministerial Meeting of Africa-Russia Partnership Forum

ALGIERS - Assigned by President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf arrived Thursday evening in Cairo to attend the second Ministerial Meeting of the Africa-Russia Partnership Forum, scheduled for Friday and Saturday, a ministry statement said.
