Colonel Bourelaf, Italian counterpart sign decree for implementing bilateral MOU

ALGIERS - The Director General of Civil Protection, Colonel Boualem Bourelaf, and Chief of the Italian Fire Brigade, Eros Mannino, signed on Wednesday a decree establishing a bilateral working group tasked with monitoring and implementing the MoU concluded between the two parties, according to a statement from the Civil Protection.
