Attaf holds talks with Spanish counterpart

ALGIERS - Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held talks on Saturday in Johannesburg with his Spanish counterpart, José Manuel Albares, on the sidelines of his participation in the G20 Summit, the ministry said in a statement.
