Upper House senators partake in 47th APU Conference in Kinshasa

ALGIERS - A parliamentary delegation from the Council of the Nation (Parliament's upper house) participates, as part of a joint parliamentary delegation between the two chambers of parliament, in the 47th Conference of Speakers of the Member Parliaments of the African Parliamentary Union (APU), held on 18-22 November, in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), according to an upper house statement released on Monday.
