2020 constitutional amendment lays foundations for good governance, says Aslaoui

TIPAZA - The President of the Constitutional Court, Leila Aslaoui, stated on Wednesday that the 2020 constitutional amendment ushered in a new constitutional era dedicated to "building a State of good governance and strengthening citizens' confidence in the State."
