Algeria's push to establish culture of recognition within military institution

ALGIERS - Minister for Relations with Parliament, Nadjiba Djilali, said Monday that the two bills relating to military medals, presented to the People's National Assembly (lower house of Parliament), reflect the drive of new Algeria to instill the culture of recognition and built strong symbolic traditions within the military institution.
