Upper House delegation in New York advocates Sahrawi people’s right to self-determination

ALGIERS — Representatives of the Council of the Nation (Parliament’s Upper House), part of a joint parliamentary delegation from both houses of Parliament attending the Fourth Committee of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on special political and decolonization issues, reiterated on Saturday in New York the need to enable the Sahrawi people to exercise their inalienable right to self-determination, according to a statement issued Sunday by the Upper House.
