Algeria expresses hope President Trump’s Gaza peace plan would yield lasting solution

ALGIERS — Algeria expressed hope on Thursday that the agreement to begin implementing the first phase of U.S. President Donald Trump’s peace plan for Gaza would pave the way for a peaceful, permanent and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian issue, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs said in a release.
