Mali cannot be reduced to a junta clinging to power

NEW YORK (United Nations)- The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, affirmed that the Republic of Mali cannot be reduced to a junta whose vision for the country’s future is limited to its grip on power and domination over its people.
