Algerian-Tunisian border universities, drivers of regional development, says Baddari

SOUK AHRAS - The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, underlined on Tuesday, in Souk Ahras, that the universities along the Tunisia-Algeria border are "key drivers" for the development in these regions and contribute to the progress and prosperity of their inhabitants.
