NEW YORK (United Nations)-The new assault carried out by Morocco against Sahrawi people caused a second war that could threaten peace and regional stability, said Thursday Sidi Mohamed Omar, Front Polisario Representative to the United Nations.

BIR LEHLOU (Sahrawi Liberated Territories) - Sahrawi President, Brahim Ghali, officially announced on Saturday in a presidential decree, the end of the ceasefire commitment signed between the Polisario Front and the Kingdom of Morocco in 1991, following the Moroccan assault on El-Guerguerat area, reported the Sahrawi Press Agency (SPS).
