ALGIERS- The conflict between Morocco and the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) can threaten the regional stability, the African Union (AU) Commissioner for Peace and Security Smail Chergui said Tuesday in an interview to Sputnik agency, stressing the urgent need to hold a referendum for the self-determination of the Sahrawi people.
