NEW YORK (United Nations) - United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Monday appointed Slovakian Jan Kubis to the post of Special Representative for Libya and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, said spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric.
