ALGIERS - The Libyan political dialogue process is strengthening in the light of Mondays’ vote on the mechanism for selecting a unified executive and the appointment of a new UN envoy for Libya, Jan Kubis. These two events are likely to consolidate the implementation of the ceasefire in force and prepare for the elections of December 24, 2021, according to UN sources and analysts.
