GENEVA-The Acting Special Representative of the Secretary-General In Libya, Stephanie Williams on Wednesday said that the United Nations (UN) wants a “Libyan made” solution to the crisis shaking Libya, urging belligerents not to lose time “because because the luxury of time is no more possible.”
