CHAHID EL HAFEDH- The minister of Information and spokesman of the government of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR), Hamada Selma, warned Friday against Morocco's "expansionist designs" in the region, stressing that Morocco occupation authorities do not respect the constitutive act of the African Union under which the member States undertake to respect the inherited colonial borders.
