ALGIERS- Algerian cyclist Azzedine Lagab (MC Algiers) won Friday the 2022 International Grand Prix of Algiers, a 100-km race with more than 126 riders many of whom from foreign countries, such as France, Tunisia, Libya, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
