ALGIERS - Two draft executive decrees aimed at reducing traffic congestion in the capital, were discussed Wednesday during a meeting of the Government, held by video conference, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Aimene Benabderrahmane, said the Prime Minister's Office in a statement.
